Puppy Help
A single two-hour session for the first weeks home. This is behavior guidance, not formal obedience.
What improves: Potty training, chewing, biting, and the early routines that stop normal puppy behavior turning into a habit.
Who it suits
Owners who have just brought a puppy home and want to start the way they mean to continue.
Some dogs get looked at first
Nothing to review, but this is not a substitute for obedience training once your puppy is old enough.

Dates are arranged with you
This program runs to a schedule the trainer sets with you, so there is no calendar to click. Tell us what your dog does and you get the real dates, the venue and the full cost before anything is due.Get a plan for the puppy before the habits set in.
Tell us how old your puppy is and what it is doing right now. The biting, the accidents at 3am, the chewing, the barking. You get a straight answer about whether the two-hour session is what you need today or whether your puppy is close enough to class age to skip it. Free to ask, and you get the real answer rather than the expensive one.
Free to ask. Nothing is charged, and asking does not hold a place.
If this sounds like your dog, say so. Two minutes, nothing charged, no place held. You get the dates, the venue and the full cost back before anything is due.

Before you decide.
Where are the classes held?
Outdoors at Vinland Park, 4695 E Gettysburg Ave, Fresno, CA 93726, in east Fresno. It is a normal neighborhood park, so there are other dogs, kids and joggers around. That is on purpose: a dog that only holds a sit in a quiet room has not learned a sit.
Is my dog suitable for a group class?
Most dogs are. Dogs with a bite history, guarding behavior, or serious aggression are reviewed by the trainer first. That is not a refusal, it is about whether a group class is the right place to start, and whether your dog would do better with private work first.
What methods do you use?
Training balances rewards, food, praise, affection, toys, with clear consequences for behavior you do not want, the way dogs correct each other in a pack. Classes are held in places with real distractions, other dogs, and other people, because that is where behavior actually has to hold. If you want to talk through the approach before booking, call and ask.
How old does my dog need to be?
Group obedience classes require dogs to be at least four months old, and five months is strongly suggested. Puppies generally cannot grasp formal obedience before about four months, which is why the puppy session is behavior guidance rather than obedience training.
What happens if my dog needs reviewing first?
You send the details, the trainer reads them and contacts you directly to talk it through. A review request does not hold a class place and does not promise a particular outcome. You will not be asked to pay for a class seat while a review is still open.
