What you agree to, and when you see it.

Nothing is charged through this website. You get the full amount, the dates and the terms in writing, and you decide after that.

The repeat guarantee

Finish the twelve weeks. If the change you came for has not happened, take the whole course again free.

Attend the classes and do the daily practice. If, by the end of the twelve weeks, your dog is not where you wanted them to be, you can take the entire course again at no cost.

What you need to do

  • You attend the weekly classes. If you have to miss one, tell the trainer and they will show you how to catch up. Missing more than two sessions means there is not enough shared work to build on, and the guarantee does not apply.
  • You do the practice between classes. Around twenty to thirty minutes a day is what the course is designed around. Class is where the work is checked, not where it happens.
  • You tell the trainer you are claiming it by the final session, or within thirty days of it.

What you get

A place in a later twelve-week course, at no cost. Because a class is capped at eight dogs, you may wait for a course that has room. You keep the same trainer and the same course content.

Where it does not apply

  • Dogs with a bite history, guarding behavior, or behavior that puts other dogs at risk are not placed in a group class. Those cases start with private training, which has its own arrangement.
  • If your dog has to be removed from a class for the safety of the group, the guarantee does not apply. You would be told why, and private training would be the next step.

It is not a refund. It is not a promise that every dog will get there in twelve weeks. It is a commitment that the trainer does not stop at twelve.

Your place is a request until the trainer confirms it

Sending a request costs nothing and holds no place. It is a request: the trainer reads it, checks the details against the class, and comes back to you. Nothing turns into an enrollment on its own, and you will never be told afterwards that you had booked something.

Money

Deposit
$55, and it comes off the course total. This is what holds your place, so it is the one part that is not returned if you drop out.
Travel outside the city
$0.85 per mile outside the immediate city area. Where the distance needs checking, the fee is quoted to you and agreed before you are charged for it.
Taking payment
No card details are taken or stored anywhere on this site. Payment is arranged directly with the trainer, and the balance for a group course falls due at the lecture class.

If your plans change

Tell us as early as you can and we will sort it out with you. The terms that apply to your booking, covering cancellation, refunds, rescheduling, transfers, missed classes, weather and attendance, are set out in writing before any payment, so you can read exactly what you are agreeing to before you commit to anything.

What holds true either way

  • Sending a request costs nothing and holds no place. It is a request, and the trainer confirms it.
  • No card details are collected or stored anywhere on this site.
  • If your dog needs a review before joining a group class, you will not be sold a class place while that review is open.
  • Full prices are shown before you commit: $950 for the twelve-week group course, $120 an hour for private training, and $100 for the two-hour puppy session.
