What we collect, and why.
Plain language, and only things that are actually true of this site.
What you send us
When you send a request, we collect your name, your email address, and your phone number if you choose to give it. We also collect your dog’s name, age and breed if you provide them, and whatever you write about what you would like to change.
If you ask for a private visit, we also collect the address for that visit, because the trainer needs to know where to go. We do not ask for an address for a group class enquiry, because we do not need one.
Information about your dog’s behavior
If you describe a bite history, guarding behavior or aggression, that information is read by the trainer and used only to work out which training is safe to start with. It is not used for marketing, it is not shown to other customers, and it is not sent to any analytics service.
Measuring how the site is used
We count things like how many people viewed a program page or started the finder. Those counts cannot contain your name, your address, or anything about your dog, because the place we store them has no field that could hold them. We do not run advertising trackers or sell anything about you to anyone.
Emails from us
Sending a request does not sign you up for anything. Marketing emails are a separate choice, off by default, and can be changed at any time. Messages about your booking are separate from marketing and will still be sent while a booking is active.
Payments
No payment is taken through this website at the moment, and no card details are collected or stored. If online payment is added later, card details will be handled by the payment provider and never stored on this site.
Asking us to change or delete it
Call or email and we will correct or delete what we hold about you. There is no form to fill in and no account to close.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and training records are kept for as long as they are useful for training and for the business’s records. If you want yours removed, ask and we will delete what we hold.
